One area that we pride ourselves on is the durability and tarnish resistant quality that all of our pieces have, whether gold-filled or solid gold. 

Our gold filled pieces have a very thick gold coating which makes it safe to get come in contact with water and get wet. However body products or harsh chemicals should always avoid contact with your gold filled jewelry (i.e. Shampoo, perfume, face moisturizer, cleaning products, ocean water). Not doing so will decrease the lifetime wear of your jewelry.

Solid gold jewelry may be worn anytime and does not need to be removed. 


We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. However for hygienic reasons, we cannot allow returns. The only exception would be if the items are reported as defective within 14 days of purchasing. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box and receipt. Custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Domestic orders:

All orders placed Monday through Friday (with the exception of pre-orders) will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Most orders are shipped with standard shipping and do not require signatures. You may request this as an option in the notes section when completing your order or by sending an email to and agreeing to pay the additional cost. 

Pre-orders will ship within an estimated 2-3 weeks but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.



International orders:

We are not shipping internationally at this time.
